Access all speakers, sessions, experiences, art, venues, and moments to connect with other attendees. CANCELLING A PASS: We would love to see you in October, but if you’re unable to make it to the Festival, we encourage you to find a friend who is interested in attending and we can help you transfer your ticket. All ticket sales are final and we do not offer refunds; if you are interested in transferring your registration to another individual, please reach out to joinus@hubweek.org.
TRANSFERRING A PASS: Email us at joinus@hubweek.org and we'll help you out!
UPGRADING A PASS: If you already bought a pass and realized you want to upgrade to a different ticket type, email us at joinus@hubweek.org and we can help you out.
No need to print your ticket — when you arrive on-site simply head over to badge pickup and we’ll check you in and give you credentials for accessing the Festival venues.
It’s easy! Head to hubweek.org/register and type or paste your promo code in the bottom right corner of the registration window.
We offer group ticketing to groups of 10 or more people. Simply send an email to joinus@hubweek.org with how many people are in your group and we’ll be in touch with more info.
You can reserve sessions using our website by following the instructions below. You can also reserve sessions through the HubWeek mobile app, available for download on iTunes and Google Play.
1. Go to the agenda and log in
Visit hubweek.org/agenda to get started. You’ll need to log in, if you haven't already, before you can reserve. Click "My Registered Sessions" at the top right of the agenda, and you'll be prompted to log in with the email address you used for registration.
2. Confirm your email
Go to your inbox and open the "Confirm your email address" message from us. Click the button in the email, or copy the link into your browser.
Troubleshooting tip: If you still aren't logged in after confirming your email, your device settings may be blocking cookies. We need cookies in order to verify you and log you in. Try using a different device or network, or use the mobile app (available on iTunes and Google Play).
3. Select your sessions
Once you're logged in, click the seat icon next to a session in order to reserve it. You’re in! If you change your mind, simply click the icon again to remove it from your agenda.
You'll only see seat icons for sessions that your pass allows you to attend. If you have questions about what sessions you are able to attend with your pass type, head here or email us at joinus@hubweek.org.
If you see a crossed out seat icon, it means a session isn't available for you to reserve. This is usually because you have a conflicting session in that time slot that you need to unreserve first. Sometimes, it’s because the session is fully reserved — if that’s the case, you can wait in the standby line onsite for sessions you really want to see.
Click the "My Registered Sessions" tab at the top of the agenda to view all the sessions you've reserved. You can also see them all in the HubWeek mobile app, available for download through iTunes and Google Play.
